Allegheny County Housing Authority needed new space for its operations, which is to provide safe and decent affordable housing for low-income residents of Allegheny County. Trinity Commercial Development stepped in to develop the building and hired Franjo Construction as the contractor. Franjo was brought in to demolish the existing restaurant on the site and construct a ground-up office building. It comprises 20,000 SF and is 2 stories.

Emma Chammas from Trinity Commercial Development had this to say regarding the construction process:

“Franjo had very good communication from the start. The Superintendent was really good about making sure I knew everything that was going on.”
