Frank is the “Fran” in Franjo. Frank is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the company including upper management, acquisitions, estimating, business development, marketing, and project management.

With over 25 years of experience, Frank has led Franjo Construction from a small family-owned business into a multi-company contracting organization.

JOSEPH LEONELLO, JR.

Joe is the “jo” in Franjo. He has more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe has been an integral part of the growth of Franjo Construction from a small family-owned construction company into a multi-company commercial contracting organization.

He has the primary responsibility of overseeing operations for the family of companies.

JOSHUA WELLS

VICE PRESIDENT OF PROCUREMENTFranjo Construction | FSG

Josh started with Franjo in early 17 and has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed more than 500 million dollars worth of commercial construction with numerous single contracts exceeding forty million dollars.

He has extensive experience with estimating, project management, scheduling, value engineering, constructability, and reviews and has held various roles including, Estimator, Chief Estimator, Project Executive and currently serves as Vice President of Procurement.

EDWARD BLANK

VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Ed has been with Franjo since 2005 and has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining Franjo, he has helped the company grow significantly from both a Project Management and Estimating aspect.

Ed is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of estimating. He also establishes budgets, schedules, and performs value engineering analysis.

ANTHONY TRAPUZZANO

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Anthony originally joined Franjo in 2006 and has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held many roles including Project Engineer and Project Manager for Residential, Commercial, and Institutional projects.

His dedication and professionalism have allowed him not only to progress into business development but to excel at it. He now oversees all aspects of Business Development and Marketing in all Pittsburgh and Florida offices.

BRENDAN GALLAGHER

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS Franjo Construction

Brendan joined Franjo Construction’s Executive Team in 2022 as a project executive. In his role, Brendan ensures the successful completion of projects by developing and monitoring logistics and supervising several members of Franjo’s operations team. He has over 16 years of experience in construction and has a proven track record of success and efficiency.

Brendan lives in the North Hills with his fiancée and daughters. In his free time, he bonds with his family through his daughters’ activities, which include horseback riding, soccer, basketball, cheer, violin, and golf.

FRANK VACEK

DIRECTOR OF FIELD SUPERINTENDENTS Franjo Construction | FSG

Frank joined Franjo in 2003 as one of its earliest employees. He has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held multiple roles with the organization including Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, and his current role as Director of Field Operations.

Since joining Franjo Construction Corporation, Frank has been involved with and completed many challenging projects.

JAY CELASCHI

SAFETY DIRECTOR Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Jay joined Franjo in 2016 and possesses over 20 years of construction experience as a Safety Director. He leads in the development of and clearly articulates Company’s safety vision, objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures in order to build a safety culture dedicated to behaviors that lead to zero injury results.

He comes to us as an OSHA instructor and offers many training programs including:

  • New employee safety orientation
  • Fall protection training
  • Aerial lift training
  • Telehandler forklift training
  • Hazard communication training

Jay’s diligence, approachability, and passion for safety have proven extremely effective in reaching each of our team members. He feels very strongly that safety is a continual process, and it requires that each employee takes ownership at their level.

WYATT WOOLVERTON

DIVISION MANAGER Franjo Builders

Wyatt joined the Franjo organization in 2021 with a long history in the construction industry. His role as Division Manager of Franjo Builders is to lead and manage our Florida operations. Wyatt works with the other members of the leadership team, often coordinating efforts between the Florida office and the headquarters in Pittsburgh.

MICHAEL STETSON

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Franjo Construction

With a degree in accounting from Clarion University in 1998, prior to joining Franjo Construction in May 2023, Michael spent over two decades in Public Accounting, with a primary focus on working closely with construction companies in both compliance and consulting capacities.
As a dedicated professional, Michael is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants). His commitment to advancing the construction sector’s financial landscape is evident through his role as the Chairman of the Construction Conference Planning Committee for the PICPA.  As a key member of the Executive Team, Michael oversees all aspects of finance, including insurance, IT, and HR, leveraging his expertise to ensure meticulous financial management and operational efficiency. His dedication and track record make him an invaluable asset to the company’s future growth and success.

ZACHARY SYBO, MBA

CONTROLLER Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Zach originally joined Franjo in 2018 as an Accountant. His dedication and professionalism have allowed him to progress into his current role as Controller. He now oversees all aspects of Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology for Franjo Construction and its affiliates in both Pittsburgh and Fort Lauderdale.

Zach lives in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with his fiancé and 2 children. He is described as extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized. His hobbies include golfing, anything involving Pittsburgh sports, and collecting sports memorabilia.

NICK LEONELLO

Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Estimator Franjo Construction
Nick L is a seasoned professional holding dual roles as the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Estimator at Franjo. With a strong foundation in construction and project management, Nick plays a vital role in shaping and executing Franjo’s strategic initiatives.
Having graduated from Pittsburgh Central Catholic in 2012, Nick’s journey with Franjo began during his college years. Starting as a laborer during summers and winters from 2012-2016, he gained hands-on experience that laid the groundwork for his future career.
After completing his college education in 2016, Nick joined Franjo full-time as a project engineer. This role allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of project execution and management. Progressing steadily, he moved on to roles including Assistant Estimator, showcasing his analytical skills and industry expertise. In late 2020, Nick’s dedication led to a promotion as Senior Estimator, where he now spearheads accurate project cost estimation.
Outside of work, Nick finds joy in spending time with his wife Michelle and their trio of French Bulldogs: Finn, Lenny, and Petunia. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for continuous growth, Nick’s contributions remain integral to Franjo’s success.

Mike joined Franjo in 2006 and has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held the roles of Assistant Estimator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager for Residential, Commercial, Health Care, Judicial, and Institutional projects.

Jason joined Franjo in 2015 and has more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held the roles of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently Project Executive. Jason has managed in excess of 100 million dollars worth of commercial construction with numerous single contracts exceeding six million dollars.

Joe Leonello joined Franjo in 2019 as a project engineer, steadily progressing to the current role of self-performance analyst/project engineer. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in various projects. Presently, his focus is on analyzing the productivity of field personnel, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Joe graduated central catholic high school in 2015. Then, he moved on to graduate Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business, and he was one of the founders of Phi Sigma Kappa (Theta Pentaton chapter).

CHRIS JAEGER

PROJECT EXECUTIVEFranjo Construction

Chris joined Franjo in 2024 and has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held the roles of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Preconstruction and currently Project Executive. Chris has managed in excess of 300 million dollars’ worth of commercial construction from an Owner’s Representative, Developer and CM/GC perspective.  Areas of expertise include planning and budgeting, pre-construction, estimating and project management on a wide range of commercial construction projects.
