Frank is the “Fran” in Franjo. Frank is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the company including upper management, acquisitions, estimating, business development, marketing, and project management.

With over 25 years of experience, Frank has led Franjo Construction from a small family-owned business into a multi-company contracting organization.

Joe is the “jo” in Franjo. He has more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe has been an integral part of the growth of Franjo Construction from a small family-owned construction company into a multi-company commercial contracting organization.

He has the primary responsibility of overseeing operations for the family of companies.

Raquel joined Franjo in 2010. As a highly accomplished finance and accounting professional, Raquel manages all daily Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology operations.

She offers a blend of accounting, operations, strategic planning talents gained from her 13 years of experience in the construction sector and advanced financial studies.

JOSHUA WELLS

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Franjo Construction | FSG

Josh has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed more than 500 million dollars’ worth of commercial construction with numerous single contracts exceeding forty million dollars.

He has extensive experience with estimating, project management, scheduling, value engineering, constructability, reviews and has held various roles including, Estimator, Chief Estimator, Project Executive and currently serves as Executive Vice President.

EDWARD BLANK

VICE PRESIDENT OF ESTIMATING Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Ed has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining Franjo Construction in 2005, he has helped the company grow significantly from both a Project Management and Estimating aspect.

Ed is responsible for the coordination of all aspects of estimating. He also establishes budgets, schedules, and performs value engineering analysis.

ANTHONY TRAPUZZANO

VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held many roles including Project Engineer and Project Manager for Residential, Commercial, and Institutional projects.

Anthony originally joined Franjo in 2006. Since then, his dedication and professionalism have allowed him not only to progress into business development but to excel at it. He now oversees all aspects of Business Development and Marketing in all Pittsburgh and Florida offices.

STEVE SAWOR

Steve has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining Franjo Construction Corporation, he has helped the company grow significantly from both a Project Management and Operations aspect.

Frank has more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held multiple roles with the organization including Carpenter, Superintendent, Project Manager, and his current role as Director of Field Operations.

Since joining Franjo Construction Corporation, Frank has been involved with and completed many challenging projects.

JAY CELASCHI

SAFETY DIRECTOR Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Jay possesses over 20 years of construction experience as a Safety Director. He leads in the development of and clearly articulates Company’s safety vision, objectives, strategies, policies, and procedures in order to build a safety culture dedicated to behaviors which lead to zero injury results.

Jay Celaschi joined Franjo in 2016 as our Safety Director. He comes to us as an OSHA instructor and offers many training programs including:

  • New employee safety orientation
  • Fall protection training
  • Aerial lift training
  • Telehandler forklift training
  • Hazard communication training

Jay’s diligence, approachability, and passion for safety have proven extremely effective in reaching each of our team members. He feels very strongly that safety is a continual process, and it requires that each employee takes ownership at their level.

WYATT WOOLVERTON

DIVISION MANAGER Franjo Builders

Wyatt joined the Franjo organization in 2021 with a long history in the construction industry. His role as Division Manager of Franjo Builders is to lead and manage our Florida operations. Wyatt works with the other members of the leadership team, often coordinating efforts between the Florida office and the headquarters in Pittsburgh.

Michael, aka Mike, has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held the roles as Assistant Estimator, Project Engineer and Project Manager for Residential, Commercial, Health Care, Judicial, and Institutional projects.

PROJECT EXECUTIVE Franjo Construction

Jason has more than 24 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held the roles of Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and currently Project Executive. Jason has managed in excess of 100 million dollars’ worth of commercial construction with numerous single contracts exceeding six million dollars.

DANI HARPER

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Dani joined Franjo in 2022 to manage our Human Resources department. She comes to us with years of experience in the construction industry and has been implementing processes to recruit and retain top talent.

KATIE MEEHAN

MARKETING MANAGER Franjo Construction | FSG | Franjo Builders

Katie has been a part of the commercial real estate industry since 2014 when she joined a brokerage firm. She manages the marketing efforts of Franjo and its Pittsburgh and Florida affiliates, covering the full spectrum of marketing.

Katie brings over 8 years of commercial real estate & marketing experience, supporting all disciplines including brokerage, appraisal, development, and now construction through marketing. She describes herself as gregarious and confident with a passion for marketing.
