Our safety program requires that each individual employee takes ownership at his or her level. We have had great success with this approach. Our Safety Director came to us as an OSHA instructor and offers many training programs including:

Accurate estimating is a vital element in our ability to maintain costs. Even with a limited amount of input, we can provide a detailed, accurate estimate for your project. Our estimating team of 7 maintains a database of information on current labor and material costs as well as our own historical data. As part of our estimating process, we compare data from similar projects to determine the best methods and materials available to finish the project on time, on budget.

This forward-thinking approach allows us to map out the logistics of the entire project well in advance of any construction. Aided by an advanced computerized estimating system, our team creates cost estimates representing the true market picture.

Put simply, our estimates provide a complete, detailed breakdown of how, why, and where funds are to be allocated.
