Rockwell Park is a 24-acre development of class A office, retail, and tech-flex properties. It is known as an “Innovative District a century in the making,” once home to companies like Rockwell, Edison, Westinghouse, Heinz, and Carnegie

Franjo Construction is skilled in renovating aged and vacant buildings. When a development group wanted to renovate the former Lexington Technology Park and breathe new life into it, they called upon Franjo Construction. Franjo renovated the main building and also worked on behalf of 3M Co. to build out their space on the top 2.5 floors of the building.

The main building was an existing 3-story vacant office and industrial building. Franjo renovated it and added 2 floors topped off by a unique sawtooth patterned roof. The roof allows ample natural light to fill the open space.
