As a designated landmark, Pitt Building’s interiors had to be carefully restored rather than stripped of their detail. The space now known as Americus Club is a 12,000 square foot hospitality-focused office and social space at the elegantly restored Pitt Building. Americus Club’s thoughtfully designed space and social and professional programming foster an inclusive culture and inspire Pittsburgh’s entrepreneurs, creators, innovators, and thought leaders.

Franjo Construction completed the adaptive reuse of the 100-year-old building into what was first a location of the Beauty Shoppe. The flag has since changed to the Americus Club. Franjo completed the renovation in 6 months.
