Forte Condos is a new development located in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. The ground-up project comprises 50 luxury condominiums ranging from 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. All units have a private balcony, and building amenities also include indoor parking, a fitness center, and a privately accessible green space.
Once construction was well underway, storage and delivery access became a challenge. Franjo overcame this by getting creative with deliveries such as closing a portion of Penn Ave. overnight to coordinate the delivery of metal staircases for the top-floor units. The units at the top of the building are two stories.
