2554 Smallman, by Hullett Properties, is a SOLD OUT luxury condo building located in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. It comprises 27 units as well as two ground-floor retail spaces. The steel and brick structure features clean lines and contemporary details. The building’s design is a Jenga-like form, adding a “playful edge to Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District.”
Franjo completed the ground-up construction of this building, which presented its challenges due to the tight spacing. It contains 6 stories with a rooftop deck.
