Construction resumed one month ago in Pennsylvania, and Franjo Construction teams are working hard to make up for lost time. We have more active projects than we can fit on this page. Below are some updates and progress photos from a few of our construction projects.A&L Motor Sales includes adjacent BMW, Land Rover, and Jaguar dealerships in Monroeville, PA. Franjo Construction has completely gutted both dealerships and is nearing completion of the renovation and expansion to these automotive dealerships. The most challenging part of this project has been completing construction while the dealership remained open and operating. This 2-story 10,000 SF office building will become a new location for Confluence Financial Partners. As of June 4, 2020, progress included:Block elevator and stair towers are builtretaining wall is completestructural steel is erectedroof trusses are setslab on grade and deck is pouredUp next is exterior framing, roof decking, and steel pan stair followed by roofing and façade masonry.We are looking forward to seeing the building coming together with its quality finish materials of brick, stone, precast accents, and cedar corbels. The building also features a double-height atrium with custom hardwood stairs and railing. Completion is slated for December 2020.Check out the original announcement to see renderings.7518 Thomas Blvd. (North Point Breeze, PA)ICON Development is redeveloping space along Thomas Blvd in North Point Breeze. The project includes the renovation of several aging office and industrial properties into a larger district. The project is currently under construction, and it was recently announced that M*Modal, a division of 3M Co., signed a lease for 53,000 SF of office space at this 142,000 SF building.
