Franjo Starts New Project in Peters Township
Franjo Construction recently began a new project in Peters Township. The project is a new office building for Confluence Financial Partners, a Pittsburgh-based financial firm.
Confluence Financial Partners is a financial firm that focuses on financial advice and investments for families, as well as for businesses. It already has two existing locations – an office in Canonsburg, and another in Sewickley. The new office will be located south of the city in Peters Township.
The new office will be two stories and will total nearly 10,000 square feet.
Franjo Construction is enthusiastic to be the construction lead on this project, alongside McLean Architects, the architectural lead on the project.
The building is estimated to be completed towards the end of this year.
