Franjo is Excited to Begin Work in Strip District

The up-and-coming neighborhood in Pittsburgh will see even more living opportunities available in the near future. Franjo Construction will break ground soon on the Forte Condominium project in the Strip District, on Penn Avenue.

The lead architect on this project will be Indovina Associate Architects. Franjo has worked with Indovina in the past and is eager to collaborate with the innovative team once again.

Jack Benoff, CEO, and founder of Solara Ventures will be the lead developer on the project. Franjo Construction has teamed up with Benoff on two other projects – Smallman Place Condominiums and Otto Milk Condominiums (photos below). With the success of these first two project collaborations, Franjo Construction is enthusiastic to get started on a third multi-family project with Jack Benoff.
