CubeSmart Self-Storage Adds New Location
Franjo Construction recently completed another self storage building in the Pittsburgh area, CubeSmart.
Though there are several other CubeSmart locations surrounding the city, this particular CubeSmart is located at 880 Saw Mill Run Blvd., south of the city. It offers its customers a range of storage options, for a variety of storage needs.
According to CubeSmart, their mission is:
“CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate company focused on the ownership, operation, acquisition and development of self-storage facilities in the United States. Our self-storage facilities are designed to offer affordable, easily accessible storage space for residential and commercial customers. As a national owner and operator, we continually enhance our business by applying our management expertise and best practices to each facility.”
CubeSmart Locations Nationwide
CubeSmart has more than 1,000 self-storage properties nationwide, employs over 2,800 teammates, and has more than 525,000 customers. CubeSmart puts its focus on its customers – which is why it has won multiple awards for customer service. The company also commits to sustainability and efficiency in its self-storage properties.
This CubeSmart is the second of three storage buildings Franjo has completed in the last two years.
The duration of construction for this project was 10 months.
The lead developer on this project was Johnson Development. Johnson Development is based out of South Carolina and has extensive experience building for self-storage companies around the nation. This particular CubeSmart project is actually the second of four projects completed, or in progress, with Franjo Construction. Franjo is proud to work with such a dedicated, trustworthy (and award-winning) development team, time and time again. Franjo is eager to continue to work with Johnson Development again in the future!
Franjo’s next, and third, self-storage project just wrapped up construction in October 2019. ExtraSpace Storage in Bridgeville has just opened its doors to customers.
