Franjo starts new Class A office building in McKees Rocks

Just last week, Franjo Construction broke ground on a new project in McKees Rocks, PA. The finalized project will be a new Class A office building.

In partnership with the Borough of McKees Rocks, Franjo Construction is eager to get started on a project that will be a cornerstone of the revitalization of the McKees Rocks area. Franjo Construction is also going to work with Trinity Commercial Development, LLC. Additionally, Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects will be the lead architectural firm on the project. All firms on the project team are located in the Pittsburgh region and are enthusiastic about building up their own local community.

This Class A office building will be one of the newest and highest quality buildings to come to the area.

Additionally, the building will be two-stories and will cover 20,000 square feet.

Franjo Construction is proud to be a part of the area’s revitalization.

Like many other neighborhoods in the Pittsburgh area, McKees Rocks has recently undergone beginning stages of neighborhood renewal. It is a great opportunity to drive even more new projects and support for the community. Additionally, the revitalization will continue moving the neighborhood in a prosperous direction in the future.
