Franjo Builders completed a tenant build out in an existing retail space for the client. This cold dark shell suite was built out to house the client’s Sales Center for the new condominium tower being built by the client next door. This 2,601sf sales center was built to showcase all the luxurious finish options for potential buyers to experience and select from as part of their condominium purchase.
