We’re celebrating Graham Schmidt, a skilled team member who exemplifies the Franjo culture in everything he does. His hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Field Operations Coordinator. Get to know Graham a little more:
First, Tell us a little about yourself, your background, your family, etc.
I’ve been married to my lovely wife Lisa for just over ten years. I am happy to report that we are now just expecting our first child, and my wife and I are extremely excited about that. I have one sibling, my sister Carolyn who is three years older than me. My sister and I are close, and I have a great relationship with all five of my nephews. I basically like all the same stuff they do so they think their uncle is really fun!
Best vacation?
I should say my honeymoon or Smokey Mountains since those are the two that stick out since I have been married, but I have to say the 4 weeks I spent in Germany and Amsterdam. I had just turned 21, and the opportunity presented itself. I was there with two of my closest friends, and we had an amazing time that I will never forget.
What TV show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?
I am a big movie nut and love so many films from so many different genres, so this is a tough question for me. I have never really been ashamed of anything I have ever liked. That being said I guess my answer would be Mean Girls! I was 17 and a senior in high school when that movie came out. I remember going to the drive-in with my girlfriend at the time and couldn’t stop laughing.
