Arsenal 201 is a 586-apartment complex located in Lawrenceville, PA. 243 of those units were completed during phase I construction, and phase II is now well underway. Last week, we celebrated hitting a major milestone:
Building 4000 is topped out!
In construction, “topped out” is a phrase used to signify the final beam of the building’s structure being placed. We build the structure upward then move downward with finishes. At Arsenal, crews have been working on the wood framing at about 8,000-10,000 SF each week! To celebrate, we brought in some delicious barbecue catering from BadAzzBBQ. All of our crew, from our own field employees to subcontractors, enjoyed lunch and each other’s company.
