Franjo Specialty Group (“FSG”) built out an office for Howard Hanna Real Estates’ new division. The Urban Development division will focus on “new residential projects within the city,” according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.
The new division’s offices are located in Square View, a condo building along Lawrenceville’s Butler Street. Franjo Construction initially constructed the building, which contains multiple units and an indoor parking garage. Street-level commercial space was converted from a shell into a high-end office space featuring Howard Hanna’s signature green and gold.
