Every year in February, our entire company meets to celebrate the past year and discuss goals for the upcoming year. Of course, this year we had to adjust the plan and split into multiple groups.
Members of the Executive Team traveled around to various job sites and presented in front of each group. The next day, office staff and a few field employees spaced apart in the garage at our headquarters. Despite the separation this year, the theme of the message was the same:
2020 posed its challenges, but we did what we always do; we adapted.
As always, we celebrated the past year’s successes and discussed goals and new programs for the upcoming year. We are certainly looking forward to being together as one large group in person again. Until then, we will continue on with the current plan.
