Arsenal 201 Lawrenceville, PA
Franjo Construction previously (and successfully) completed the first phase of construction in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Lawrenceville. The project is called Arsenal 201. The recently completed development is a three building complex. The site includes over 200 apartments and more than 19,000 square feet of retail space, as well as parking. Additionally, the site has a deck and pool, a residential lounge, a fitness center, and more!
With the successful completion of the first phase, Franjo Construction is now ready to take the construction lead on a second phase of the Arsenal 201 project. The second phase is projected to be complete in 2021. Plans include a walkway for pedestrians that runs directly through the building complex and into a one-acre public park. The name of the walkway? Arsenal Alley.
