Franjo Construction recently broke ground on two new ground-up projects:
- Rohrich Lexus in North Strabane
- Grand View Senior Residence in Irwin
Rohrich Lexus – North Strabane
Located along Route 19/Washington Road in North Strabane Township, PA is the future site of Rohrich Lexus’ new location. The dealership, designed by Pieper O’Brien Herr Architects, will comprise just over 180,000 SF with a basement and three floors above that. It will include a showroom, sales offices, service areas with customer lounges, and a multi-story parking garage for customer parking, inventory, and employee parking.

Grand View Senior Residence – Irwin
Work has begun in Irwin, PA on a new senior living facility: Grand View Senior Residence. The initial work has started, which includes clearing and grubbing the site (the removal of stumps, roots, and other unwanted vegetative matter). Erosion and sedimentation control work is underway as well. This design-build project with Rothschild Doyno Collaborative will offer (50) 1- & 2-bedroom units on four floors when complete. It is located in Irwin, PA, and is owned & operated by the Westmoreland County Housing Authority.
