Franjo Construction is excited to begin a new project in Robinson Township. The project is a ground-up multifamily development with Maifly Development. Maifly is an anagram of the word family. Like Franjo, Maifly is a family-owned business. The two share the sentiment outlined on Maifly’s website when they state, “We are all in this together, and only by working together will we be able to continue to deliver exceptional results.”
The development will include two buildings of four stories each and will contain a total of 240 units, a courtyard, and a pool.
It is located off Hightower Blvd (between Steubenville Pike and The Mall at Robinson). Franjo Construction is enthusiastic to be the construction lead on this project, alongside Humphreys & Partners Architects LP, the architectural lead on the project.
The project breaks ground in April is estimated to be completed towards the end of 2023.
