While we offer countless opportunities for connection and conversation within our organization, our annual town hall meeting is our favorite. We celebrate the achievements of our teams and discuss upcoming initiatives.
This year’s meeting opened on a very sentimental note. Coming off the heels of the company’s 26th anniversary, Frank Leonello (CEO) expressed how honored he feels by each team member’s dedication. In 2003, the company expanded from two employees to six. Today, Franjo is a group of affiliated brands with a combined 150+ team members – 29 of whom have been here for over 10 years.
Numerous awards were presented to our team in acknowledgment of their diverse accomplishments and milestones. These accolades encompassed specific project achievements of various self-performance crews. We extended recognition to new team members and acknowledged the work anniversaries of our employees who hit 5, 10, 15, and 20 years.
We are looking forward to next year’s meeting!
