Arsenal 201 apartments is a large multi-family complex located in the heart of Lawrenceville. Franjo Construction completed phase I in 2018, which added 243 units plus amenities, parking, and about 19,000 SF of retail space to the corner of 39th & Butler Streets. With phase I being complete, developer Milhaus again chose Franjo as its General Contractor.

Phase II will add 343 apartments, 445 additional parking spaces in a multi-level garage, and an easement to connect the Strip to Highland Park via the proposed Green Boulevard. This phase is well underway.

Following the demolition of several buildings on the site, crews found civil war era cannonballs buried underground. You can read about that here.
