The Regional Industrial Development Corporation (RIDC) developed Lawrenceville Technology Center (LTC). Franjo has completed dozens of projects with the RIDC, many in the LTC.
One of these includes Carnegie Robotics. Designed by Desmone, this 45,000 SF was adapted from the Heppenstall Steel Mill to become a world-class robotics and production facility. The thoughtful design blends new steel elements in as a nod to the site’s history. Additional windows were added for ample natural light. Because of the expansion, Carnegie Robotics is able to design, build, and test new products and successfully recruit and retain the area’s top talent.
