Franjo Employee Receives Promotion
Franjo is pleased to announce the promotion of one of its employees, Jim Browder. Jim has been promoted from his current role as Senior Project Manager to Project Executive. He re-joined the Franjo team two years ago and has made a tremendous impact on the company since the day he returned. Jim previously worked at Franjo Construction as a Project Manager from 2007-2013.
Jim is originally from Virginia and currently resides in the Belle Vernon area. He studied at Virginia Tech, and graduated in 1998. He worked in various locations across the country for another Pittsburgh based construction company. Jim and his family have since moved back to the Pittsburgh Area to further his career in the construction industry.
Recently, a business colleague, Jim Palochick, Former Director of Construction at RIDC passed along a kind and well-deserved message to the Owners of Franjo Construction after the completion of a recent project. Mr. Palochick noted, “It was one of the most enjoyable and stress-free projects I’ve encountered in my 40 plus years in this business.”
Jim’s work ethic is what makes him so successful in supervising the operations staff and projects he is responsible for. He goes above and beyond in every step of the project process. His attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to take the lead on any given task are always appreciated and illustrate how admirable of an employee he is.
Jim Browder has made a lasting impression over the past two years, and our team is eager to continue to have Jim as an integral and important part of the Franjo’s management staff.
From all of us at Franjo, congratulations to Jim on this well-deserved achievement!
